Choose the Right Trade Show Giveaway

Few things make a more lasting impression at a trade show than a great giveaway imprinted with your logo and a message to the customer. In fact, according to a 2004 study conducted by Georgia Southern University, 76% of attendees had a favorable attitude toward companies that gave them a promotional product. The study also found that promotional products of greater value generate more sales leads than products of lower value.

So how do you choose?

First, determine what your budget is for your trade show giveaways. Then, determine who your target audience is. Next, consider an item that relates well to your audience. Lastly, select a promotional product that aligns with the final impression you want to leave them with regarding your company and/or product/service. For example, if your company offers software to streamline operations, you may want to consider a promotional product and message that conveys a benefit of the software solution, such as efficiency.
